1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or utilizing CIPHERIFY's digital infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all access to our systems.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All source code, design systems, algorithms, and content produced by CIPHERIFY remain our exclusive intellectual property until a formal transfer of rights is executed via a separate commercial agreement.

3. SYSTEM ABUSE

You agree not to deploy automated scripts, perform penetration testing without written consent, or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary interfaces. Violations will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CIPHERIFY provides its services "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall CIPHERIFY or Utopiaa be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
